What's Fresh Prints Design? It's my new shop, along with 2 of my partners in business, @melvinferrer & @tiffbiff! We finally got a spot and a Marketing and Accounts Director! Seriously, I feel that my life as a graphic designer just expanded into something great. It's awesome. The past month has been so exciting for all of us! We're gettin' down and dirty with paint and dry wall. Construction has been crazy awesome! And as soon as our internet people get to our spot, we'll be doing business in no time!

The shop's grand opening will be on January 2nd, 2012! We're working hard on finishing our signs, banners, business cards, sample packs, website, and possibly grand opening party favors. Hey does anyone know Arnold Swartzenegger personally? How cool would that be if he cut the ribbon when we open up shop? That would be awesome.

Apparently this is old news to everyone. BUT it's new news to me! For those of you who hasn't seen my mobile device, I do not own a smart phone. Why? I'm not even sure.

Saves The Day is the kind of band that makes me smile whilst titling my head a little to the side. Althought 75% of the band have been replaced by new members, it still made me giddy inside hearing Mr. Conley do some of my favorite like See You, and Shoulder To The Wheel. Despite that their shirt sizes run a little small, the night was an overall success. Cheers!

In case you didn't notice, my photoblog has been on it's ups and downs. But now, it's up!!!

It seems like every time Facebook decides to change something, people get pissed. Now, I've been over social networking since I was a couple years deep into MySpace. But, I log in every day because… I don't know why. I can't express how much I hate facebook because of that. I swear, it's like social networking crack.

So the other day I stumbled upon a font called Adios Script. Talk about an awesome font! Tons of alternates, ligatures, swashes, and ornaments! Like a wannabe type nerd, I secretly got excited when I saw how many variants they had on one letter on my glyph palette. I only wish it had more variants on the ampersand. But, nonetheless, I feel it did a good job on my brother & Cheryl's wedding stamp. Wouldn't you agree?

I've become a fan of Hermann Zapf in my more recent days. You can't tell me that Zapfino is not a sexy font… because it is!! I am officially a Zapf Fan!
